Return and Exchange Policy
All sales are final. We check the product at our end before dispatching it. We offer no exchange or return unless the product has a manufacturing defect that has gone unnoticed at our end. Please note that the return shipping cost will have to be borne by the customer.
We do not provide reverse pick-up facilities. We take great care in ensuring the quality of our products but in the rare case of the product having any manufacturing defects that have been unnoticed from our end, we would exchange the same.
If you happen to receive a defective or damaged product(s), please notify us at support@ekbanni.com mentioning your order ID as well as the picture of the defect, within 24 hours of receiving the product(s)and we will take it forward from there. We will not be able to help you if this timeline is exceeded. After the product arrives back to us, it would go for a thorough quality check by our team, and only after its approval, it will be eligible for exchange. Refund will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 10-12 working days from the date of cancellation of the order.
The management decision with regard to damaged/ defective products and refund shall be final and binding. All Products should be returned in an UNMARKED, UNUSED condition with the original packaging, tags, and sale receipts intact. Any items not received by “EkBanni” will be considered not returned.
Therefore, please use a reliable shipping service once we notify you to do the same. Any items that have been altered by an external repair service will not be accepted for a refund or exchange. We at “EkBanni”, are allowing returns ONLY IF you feel that the item you have received is defective /damaged and NOT for reasons such as you didn’t like the colour and/or design and/or material and/or simply changed your mind after making the payment on our website.
