To reset your password, please click on “Forgot Password” option available in the Account/Login page. Enter the registered email address and the link to set a new password will be mailed to your registered Email ID (Please note that the link expires in 10 minutes)

  • How do I register?

To register, you just need to click on the button ‘Register’ and create your account with your email ID and add a password.

  • Is it necessary to have an account to shop on EkBanni?

No, you do not need to have an account to shop on ekabbni.com. But it is recommended that you register in order to avail offers and keep a history of your orders. Registered users will also get a notifications and previews of our new collection launch.

  • What is ‘My Account’?

On the website, you can create your own account, which allows you to

    1. Add & edit your personal information like name, email ID, contact details
    2. Change password
    3. Check your order history
    4. Create and add items to Wishlist

  • What are the delivery charges?

Delivery charges for delivery in India are INR 100 for orders below INR 2000. For orders more than INR 2000, delivery is free in India.

  • I would want to cancel my order. What do I do?

You can cancel your order before it is shipped. Once it is shipped, you cannot cancel the order.

I am unable to place an order.

We regret that you had to face this inconvenience. Here are some options: Try using a different browser or device if possible or write to us on support@ekbanni.com  or call/WhatsApp us on +918800191106 and we will try to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

  • Can I pre-order a product which is sold out?

Unfortunately, we do not take pre-orders. You can keep checking the Instagram account or our website (www.ekbanni.com)  for more information on new product launches.

  • I placed an order twice. How do I cancel one order?

In case you have placed your order twice and would like to cancel one of the orders, do contact us immediately – on  support@ekbanni.com   mentioning the subject line as ‘Order cancellation’. We will look into the matter and cancel one of your orders. You will get the refund amount via the same payment method you used when placing your order. 

  • How to check the status of my order?

You can visit the website www.ekbanni.com  and go to “My Orders” section under “My Account”. You will also receive email /WhatsApp notifications with the status of your order.

  • Can I change my delivery address or mobile number once the order is placed?

Unfortunately, that is not possible at the moment. Since the system would have already passed the mobile number and address to our warehouse to pack and ship your product. You can email us on support@ekbanni.com   to inform about such a situation. We will try our best to get the same resolved if the order is not shipped.       

  • Why did I receive only a part of my order?

The reasons why you would have partially received the order are:

    • Your shipment may be done in 2 different parts and the other shipment would still be in transit
    • The stock for the remaining items was not available. In this case, you will receive a call or email from us informing you of the same. You can then go to the website and select a new item for your order.
  • Do you do deliver outside of India?

Yes we do :) shipping charges depend on the destination country and the weight of the parcel.

  • What is the estimated delivery time?

The delivery time varies on the basis of the destination city of delivery. Typically, it takes 4-6 days for all metros and Tier 1 cities. It may take up to 5 -7 days for delivery in Tier II cities. For some cities in North India and J&K, it may take up to 10 days for delivery. At times, due to unforeseen reasons there may be some delay in shipment. We will appreciate your patience during these times and we will ensure to get your delivery to you as soon as possible.

  • What are the payment options?

Once you have selected the item(s), you can pay via Net banking, Credit Card and Debit Card.  All credit card and debit card payments on EkBanni are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways.

  • How are the confirmed orders delivered to me?

Once you confirm the order, the items are shipped through one of our trusted courier partners. All these partners are reputed logistics service providers and we screen them extensively before partnering with them. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email /WhatsApp  with details of the courier partner and the tracking number.

  • I have already placed my order; can I add more items to the same order?

Once you have completed the payment process, you cannot add or edit the order. You can place another order by selecting the additional items and completing the order and payment process for them.

  • Do you take orders over the phone?

We do not take orders over the phone. You will need to shop online on our website – www.ekbanni.com Our Instagram page [@ekbanni] has a link to the website in the bio for your convenience.

  • How do I know once my order is confirmed?

Once your payment is authorized and your order is completed, you will receive an email from support@ekbanni.com confirming the order placement. You would be provided with the Order Number, details of the order and the amount you have paid. 

  • How do I order for something on ekbanni?

On the website, go to the products link where you can browse through various items and select the item(s) of your choice. Click on ‘Add to Cart’ option to add the item(s) to your shopping bag. Click on the cart icon on the top of the page and select checkout. You can then proceed to payment options and complete the payment. You will receive an order confirmation on email.
